Care at CAC

As a community, we desire to show the compassionate love of God to one another and to those in our community.  Below, check out some of the ways that CAC engages in caring for one-another and the world around them.  A quick way to access help is to fill out our Help Form HERE.

Visitation Team

The visitation team of CAC is comprised of friendly, compassionate people who visit members of the congregation who are unable to attend church on a regular basis.  They visit some folks in their own homes, as well as those in Long Term Care facilities and Retirement homes weekly. Training, resources, and support are provided for members of this team.

If you are interested in joining the team, let us know!

*DURING COVID-19, our visitation team will be connecting with people over the phone, by email and online.

Freezer Food

At CAC we have a freezer on-site that holds pre-made meals for people experiencing illness or disability and are struggling to prepare meals for themselves or their families. Meals are prepared by individuals in our community and stored in the freezer for folks in their time of need.

We are always looking for folks to prepare a meal and donate it to the CAC freezer.  If you would like to be part of this care initiative please click HERE and let us know!  Please remember we are a nut-free facility.

*DURING COVID-19 we are able to share already prepared meals from our freezer, but will not be coordinating any new meals at this time.

The office is closed during COVID-19. Staff will continue to be available by text and email.
